All Cyprus Companies are required to pay the Annual Levy of €350 to the Registrar of Companies by the 30th of June yearly. The Annual Levy is paid by all Cyprus companies, irrespective of whether they are active or not.
The Registrar of Companies has issued an announcement relating to an extension of annual levy payment for the year 2022 by registered companies. Such payment is extended until the 31st of December 2022.
