Katia Pirilidou is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), qualified in the UK in 1980, and a member of ICPAC. She is also a former member of the Disciplinary Committee of ICPAC and holds an Advanced Diploma in Taxation from the ICAEW. With over 40 years of experience in taxation, she has held senior positions within the Tax Department of the Republic of Cyprus, including Chief Revenue Officer and Head of several key divisions, notably International Tax Affairs. She was also a member of the negotiating team for numerous Cyprus Double Tax Treaties. Since 2010, Mrs. Pirilidou has headed the Tax Consultancy Department of the Company, advising prominent local and international clients on complex domestic and international tax matters and providing tailored, commercially focused solutions across direct and indirect taxation. |
Eleni Toumba is an ACCA-qualified accounting and tax professional with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, financial control and taxation. |
